| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育工作要坚持"以人为本"。激励方法作为思想政治教育工作中的重要方法,在调动人的积极性、能动性和主动性方面发挥着重要的作用。要根据实践的要求不断增强激励方法的针对性、时效性、参与性和公平性,同时,综合运用理想信念激励、目标激励、情感激励、榜样激励与奖惩激励等,使激励机制发挥最佳作用,增强思想政治教育的实效性。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education is based on people-oriented principle.As an important method,inspiration mechanism plays a vital role in mobilizing people's enthusiasm,initiative and activity.According to the request of practice,ideological and political education needs to implement the principle of focalization,timeliness,participation and fairness.Ideal and belief inspiration,target inspiration,emotion inspiration,example inspiration,rewards and punishment inspiration and so on will influence the inspiration mechanism and enhance the actual effect of ideological and political educatio. |
