| 摘 要： | 社会工作的发展,关键在人才.欠发达地区由于经济发展、制度设计等因素的制约,其社会工作人才队伍普遍存在总量偏少、结构分散、身份尴尬、待遇偏低等问题.欠发达地区社会工作人才队伍建设必须探寻适合的模式,通过舆论宣传、科学规划、岗位开发、完善体制等路径来推动,进而促进本区域的社会工作发展.
