| Abstract: | Comrade Deng Xiaoping attached much importantce to the Party-masses relationship and formed the rich thought of maintaining flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the public. Such close kinship affects the Party＇s existence or death. It is required to： （1）fulfill the objective of the Party, （2）strengthen the Party＇s style of work, （3）overcome formalism and bureaucracy, and （4）combat corruption. It has great immediate and far-reaching significance to study Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of close links between the Party and the people. |
