石蒜属植物种球繁殖试验研究

摘    要:本文对石蒜(Lycoris radiate)、中国石蒜(L.chinensis)、长筒石蒜(L.longituba)、换锦花(L.sprengeri)4种石蒜属植物从种球繁殖方面进行了初步研究,结果是:人工切割方法可大大提高石蒜属植物种球的繁殖率.双鳞片法能获得最多的仔球数量,但是仔球平均直径最小.基底挖洞法获得的仔球最大,但仔球数量偏低.切块法既能在较短的时间内获得较多的仔球,同时仔球大小也比较合适,是较好的一种人工繁殖方法.

Abstract:Studies of artificial propagation were conducted on Lycorie radiate (L'Her) Herb. ,L. chinensis Traub. ,L. longituba Y. Hse et Q. J. Fan, L. sprengefi Comes ex Baker. The results are as below:compared with natural propagation coefficient of Lycoris bulbs, the artificial propagation coefficient was much higher. By twin-scaling,we could get the most but smallest bulblets from one mother bulb,whereas by scooping,we got the least but biggest bulblets. By chipping,the number of bulblets was not much less than that of twin-scaling but bigger bulblets formed. Therefore, chipping should be the best choice for practical production.
