论改革开放以来高校辅导员队伍的建设

改革开放以来，高校辅导员队伍建设经历了恢复发展、创新发展、科学发展三个历史阶段，呈现出与时俱进、创新理念、专兼职结合、注重能力提高和素质培养、健全制度等一系列特征。为开创高校辅导员队伍建设的新局面，应不断加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，明确角色地位、坚持以人为本、大力提升素质、加强学科建设和法规建设等，使高校辅导员成为高校思想政治教育、学生管理和辅导等工作的复合型人才。

On the Construction of College Counsellors' Team since the Reform and Opening up

Since the Reform and Opening-up, the development of college counselors has experienced three historical phases： recovery, innovation and scientific development. All these achievements have embodied a series of features including advancing with the times, innovative concepts, coordination of professional and part-time job, special focus on the competence improvement and training of counselors, and sound system mechanism. At present, to continuously strengthen and improve an ideological and political educational system for college students, we have to clearly affirm the role of counselor, closely adhere to student-oriented policy, vigorously enhance the disciplinary development and regulation construction, to make the college counselors become inter-disciplinary talents good at college ideological and political education, students management and guidance.
