| 摘 要： | 通过对国家投巨资建设的嘉陵江16级电航工程的全程调研,我们以7个方面纠正了川东北无旅游精品的传统看法,力主把全江渠化后的嘉陵江干流营造为四川第6条精品旅游线.并针对开发中存在与潜在的四方面问题,提出"六统一"的对策.

| Abstract: | After the thorough investigation and research on the 16 electric-transport projects along Jialingjiang River, we firmly refute the traditional opinion that there is no high-quality tourism in northeastern Sichuan with 7 strong points. Then we suggest that we build the sixth elaborate-work of Sichuan tourism on Jialingjiang River. Finally, we put forward 6-unity methods to deal with the problems in 4 aspects. |
