| Abstract: | In the modern market economy,the adjustment of market mechanism can improve and better the efficiency of economic resources allocation.However,the market mechanism is not an anemia.The functional defficiency of market mechanism is called market disorder which requires government intervene and micro adjustment in order to eliminate and weaken the negative of market disorder and improve the quality of economy management. |
