| 摘 要： | 本文在对断裂失效的洗瓶机蜗轮进行了断口的宏观分析和显微分析 ,得出结论 :疲劳源发生于齿根部位的主要原因是蜗轮材料存在成分偏析 ,致使齿根某部位三元共晶量多 ,在应力集中下发生低周疲劳断裂

| Abstract: | This paper is a macro and micro analysis of the crack on the failure turbine of a bottle washing machine.We made the conclusion:The main reason of the crack initiated from the root of the tooth is that the large amount of ternary eutectic at the root of the tooth resulted from the concentration segregation.And the low cycle fatigue of the turbine in the stress concentration. |
