论高校依法治档

高校档案工作在依法治国、依法治档的原则指导下,已经取得了明显成效,但也存在着诸多不足之处,如高校档案法规建设相对滞后,档案执法机制运行不畅,教职员工的档案法治意识不强等。因此,进一步完善高校档案法规体系,改善档案执法机制,最终实现对高校档案工作的法治管理显得尤为重要。

Archival Governance by Law in University

Under the guidance of principle of managing country according to law and managing archives according to law, archives work has obtained tangible result. But there are still some deficiencies, for example: statutes building for archives system is relatively lag; operating mechanisms of enforcing the law in archival work is impeded; Law awareness of the archives is not strong; internal and external environments about management according to law need improving. In view of these deficiencies, making further improvements short for archives law system, improving mechanisms of enforcing the law in archives work, seems even more important to realize archival work management according to law.
