基于不同创业群体视角下的农民创业比较研究

农村要实现跨越式发展,三农问题要解决,除了需要国家等社会力量给予外部支援外,更需要农村自力更生、内部挖潜来实现发展,农民创业是实现这一目标的重要途径之一。通过对三个创业群体在性别、年龄、创业动机、创业业务类型、创业绩效、融资方式和创业资源获取方式的分析,找出三者的差异、相同点及原因,希望能够给政府政策的制定及学界的研究提供一个新的思路。

The Comparative Study of Farmer Entrepreneurial Based on the Perspective of Different Entrepreneurial Groups

To make great-leap-forward development in Rural area and settle three agricultural problems,peasantry needs more self-reliance and internal potential to achieve development besides external support from national and social forces.Farmers venture is one of the most important ways to achieve this goal.Through the study of three business groups in gender and age,entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial business type,business performance,financing and entrepreneurial resources acquisition mode,we can find out their differences,the same point and reasons,hoping that it could provide us a new angle in setting policy.
