| Abstract: | This paper inquires into two aspects of the crime of fraud, i. e., its criminal intent and its objectiveaspects by analyzing the implications of "illegal possession" and by discrimnating between the qualitative differencesbetween possession in criminal law and pesession in civil law. Also, the paper points out some Particular cases concerning the objective aspects of tile crime of fraud. |
