| 摘 要： | 科技创新是社会发展的主要推动力量,任何科技创新都是特定社会文化的产物,都打上了它所处的特有的文化时空的烙印。综观人类社会发展的历史,文化既表现在对科技创新的导向作用上,又表现在对科技创新的规范、调控作用上,还表现在对科技创新的凝聚作用和科技创新发展的驱动作用上。因此,有必要构建有利于我国科技创新的文化环境,推动我国科技创新健康、有序、和谐与可持续地发展。

| Abstract: | The innovation of science and technology is the major drive of social development,any kind of which is the product of a certain social culture,and was engraved with the characteristics of the specific time and space of culture.In the history of human's society,culture plays an important role in the innovation of science and technology and it's related development and activities,including guiding,regulating,as well as motivating.Therefore, it is necessary to establish a sound cultural environment,which does good to the innovation of science and technology,promoting its healthy,orderly,harmonious and sustainable development. |
