| 摘 要： | 利用外资发展西部经济 ,不仅与世界经济一体化进程相吻合 ,更是我国现阶段经济开发重点西移的内在需要。本文肯定了外资对西部开发的重大意义 ,详尽阐述了在引进利用外资方面普遍存在的、政府应高度重视的问题 ,分析了原因 ,并提出了具有针对性的、可操作的对策。

| Abstract: | ulitizing fortign funds to develop the econonry of the west not only accords with the progress of world econmy integration but also is the internal needs of moving westwards the key at economical exploitation of present in our country ,In the paper the writer is positive for the great significance of foreign funds to the west exploitation, has detailedly described popular problems existed in the instroduction and utilzation of foreign funds,which the government should take good care of ,analysed their causes and finally put forward direct worlkable anti_measures . |
