气泡泵垂直提升管内气泡运动的CFD数值模拟研究

摘    要:目前对气泡泵的研究主要集中在加热功率、管径和管数对气泡泵提升量的影响,而对垂直提升管内气泡运动状 态的研究较少。文中采用VOF模型对气泡泵的双提升管和三提升管内气泡的产生和运动进行CFD数值模拟。结果表 明:在低加热功率范围内,提升管数量对气泡的产生和运动形式基本没有影响;在高加热功率时,虽然液体提升量随着提 升管数量的增加而增加,但是它并没有相应的成倍的增加;在提升管数量相同,压力为0.4 MPa时,氨水适于作为气泡泵 的工质。因此得出结论:改进气泡泵结构、选取合适的加热功率和工质将是气泡泵发展的一个趋势。

Abstract:At present, the research of the bubble pump mainly concentrates on the influence of the heating power, the diameter and the number of tubes on the bubble pump, while the research on the bubble motion in the vertical lift tube is less. The CFD numerical simulation on the bubble generation and movement in the double and three vertical lifting tubes of the bubble pump were simulated by the VOF model. The results show that the number of tubes has no effect on the formation and movement of bubbles in the low heating power range. In the high heating power, the liquid lifting capacity in the volume of liquid increases with the increase of the vertical lifting tubes, but it does not have a corresponding multiplied increase. The ammonia water is suitable to be used as the working fluid of the bubble pump, when the number of the lifting pipe is the same at 0. 4 MPa pressure. The conclusions are obtained that improving the structure of the bubble pump, selecting the appropriate heating power and working fluid will be a trend of the development of the bubble pump.
