| 摘 要： | 文章探讨政府采用“掺配调节”时进口商所面临的激励机制，分析在竞争性国内产业和国内垄断生产厂商的情况下这些限制的影响，然后再对“掺配调节”与作为达到各种政策目标的其他政策工具作一比较，在此基础上指出“掺配调节”对我国的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the incentive mechanism faced by the importer when the government applies mixing regulations, analyses the impatcts of these restrictions in cases of competitive domestic industries and monopolistic home producers, and compares mixing regulations with alternative policy instruments for various policy objectives. On such a basis and as a conclusion, practical implications of mixing regulations and the experience of other nations are drawn on for china. |
