历史哲学的学科性质和定位

人的存在在时间中的展开就是历史。人对自身历史的自我意识经历了“历史观--历史理论--历史哲学”的发展过程。历史哲学具有自己独立的学科基点，是介于哲学与史学之间的一门特殊的中介学科。历史哲学的两个分支--思辩历史哲学与批判历史哲学--在理论形态方面是前后相继的关系，在问题域方面则是作为历史本体论与历史认识论而互补的。唯物史观为历史哲学这两个分支的辩证统一奠定了基础。
