摘    要:人本理念与层次性教育的缺失,成为当前我国思想政治教育改革与发展的重要障碍。现实中,教育对象的层次性和个体差异性的特点,必然要求我们的思想政治教育坚持以人为本理念下的分层次教育的运行机制。因此,实现以人为本理念与层次性教育的共契,是思想政治教育增强实效,超越困境,获得新生的关键。

Abstract:The deficiency of human-centered idea and hierarchical teaching pattern has become an vital obstacle of the reformation and development of ideological and political education in present China.In practice,the hierarchy and individual difference of educational targets requests our ideological and political education insist on the operational mechanism of hierarchical education under the faith of human-oriented idea.Therefore,realizing the human-oriented idea and hierarchical education is the key to strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education,to surmount the predicament and to obtain rebirth.
