| 摘 要： | 委婉语既是一种语言现象,也是一种社会现象和文化现象。本文试从文化角度出发,根据社会价值差异,宗教信仰以及伦理文化的差异等方面对比分析了汉英委婉语的表达形式,揭示了这一语言现象所蕴含的深厚文化内涵。
