论高等学校教师的教育素质

教育素质是任教从师的职业理念、职业道德、专门知识和特别技术,是教师整体素质中必须具备的一项十分重要的专业素质。符合新时代要求的“专业化”的、“创造型”的高等学校教师, 应该具有包括下列内容的教育素质∶树立健全的角色意识、构建现代教育理念、形成良好职业道德、熟悉现行教育法规、懂得研究教育对象、善于心理调适和辅导、学会教育科研方法、具有创造精神和能力。

ON TEACHERS'EDUCATED QUALITY IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

The educated quality is the indispensable professional quality which all the teachers should possess. It is the professional theory, professional morality, expertise and special techniques. To accord with the demands of "specialization"?"creation"of teachers in colleges and universities, teachers should have the following educated qualities: setting up the sense of a comprehensive role, constructing modern educational theory, forming a good professional morality, familiar with the present educational legislation, understanding the studied subject, being good at mental adjustment and consultation, learning the research method and having creative spirits.
