| 摘 要： | 西方资本结构理论主要研究对象是大企业,而较少涉及中小企业金融活动。中小企业的融资具有一定的动态性特点。在遵循一般企业金融成长规律的基础上,中小企业的金融成长周期又具有一定的特殊性,这主要以高科技型中小企业为代表。

| Abstract: | Western theory of capital structure is mainly intended for large enterprises but not small and medium-sized entorprises.Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is noted for dynamic characteristics.Following the laws of financial growth of general enterprises,cycle of financial growth of small and medium-sized enterpriscs has its specific characteristics,which takes mainly small and medium-sized enterprises with characteristics of high and science and technology as representation. |
