自我价值理论及其在教学中的运用

摘    要:自我价值理论是一种成就动机理论。在充满竞争的学校环境中,学生为了保护自我价值,往往会采取措施避免失败,避免作出缺乏能力的归因。自我价值理论的四象限模型展示了不同动机类型的学生是如何看待能力和努力的,在教学中,应加强学生正确归因的训练,合理地运用奖励,引导学生正确认识努力的双重性和培养能力的增长观。

Abstract:The self-worth theory is a kind of achievement motivation theory.In the competitive learning environment,in order to protect self-worth,students take measures to avoid failure and attribution of showing lack of ability.The four-quadrant model of self-worth theory demonstrates how different types of students think of abilities and efforts.During instruction,we should strengthen attribution training of students,use reasonable encouragements to guide them to recognize correctly the double sides of efforts and have a constructive view of ability acquisition.
