我国转型期企业战略人力资源管理探析

摘    要:进入二十一世纪,企业战略人力资源管理的应用,正在对我国转型期企业人才竞争产生着重要的影响。但在我国该研究尚处于探索阶段。战略人力资源管理实施的内容和方法还有待于研究。本文通过对国内外企业人力资源管理的比较研究,分析我国转型期企业人力资源管理发展的现状和问题,依据国外成功经验提出我国转型期企业实施战略人力资源管理的措施。

Abstract:Entering the 21st centuries,the application of the Strategic Human Resource Management(SHRM) of enterprises is having important influence on the talent competition of enterprises in the transformation period.But in China,the research still is at the exploration stage,and the content and the method of SHRM implementation need to be further researched.Through comparative study on the human resource management in domestic and overseas enterprises,the present situation and problems of the human resource management of enterprises in China during the transformation period are analyzed in this paper,and the measures are proposed to implement strategic human resource management in China during the transformation period in light of the successful experiences of foreign countries.
