| 摘 要： | 多元化经营能否增加公司绩效一直是个有争议的问题.文章以中国证券市场上实施多元化经营的综合类上市公司为样本,对多元化程度和公司绩效的关系进行了实证检验,结果表明多元化程度与公司绩效呈负相关.

| Abstract: | There is a question on whether diversification can improve corporate performance.We analysis the relationship of diversification and corporate performance using the sample of China listed companies.Our results show that the level of diversification is negative related with corporate performance. |
