| 摘 要： | 以当前中国新农村建设为视野,探讨了农民话语权的内涵及其在新农村建设中的重要性,分析了中国农民话语权长期缺失的主要原因,提出了在新农村建设中保护农民话语权的若干建议。

| Abstract: | In terms of building new countryside, this paper firstly discusses the connotation of the right of the Chinese farmers' saying and its importance in the building of new countryside, then this paper analyzes the main causes of the absence of right of farmers' saying. This paper finally gives some suggestions about the protection of right of farmers' saying in the building new countryside. |
