| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯企业私有化进程中相继出现的金融工业集团与金融寡头具有集国家性、垄断性和官僚性于一体的特色,可以从其出现时间的先后和控制权的掌握两个方面加以区分。二者在俄罗斯私有化进程中具有促进经济的结构改造和恢复性发展,以及垄断和贫富两极化正负两个方面的影响。

| Abstract: | In the course of privatization in Russian, there have been emerging many financial industrial groups finance magnates that are characterized by monopoly and bureaucratization. They are conducive to the economic restructuring and economic recovery. This paper analyses the effects they have on Russian economy, particularly in terms of monopoly and polarization of wealth. |
