| 摘 要： | 尽管权威的形式各异，人类社会权威类型不外乎个人权威与法律权威。两种权威类型均为一定社会所必需，均具有外在强制性，但其性质、品质以及生成方式不同。中国社会实现个人权威向法律权威的转换，必须考虑中国传统和现实的障碍性因素。

| Abstract: | Though appearing in various forms there are only two kinds of social authorities:the authority of individuals and the authority of laws. Both of them are needed by a certain society, with external compulsary nature. They differ, however, in nature, property and creation process. The transition from the individual authority to the law authority in Chinese society must take China's traditional and current hindering factors into consideration. |
