| 摘 要： | 高等教育发展不仅是构建和谐社会的重要内容,而且在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥着重要的作用。高等教育具有促进社会和个体发展等功能,终极价值是实现社会进步和人的自由全面发展,其功能的发挥依赖于高等教育的文化特性。高等教育机构的核心活动在于传承人类社会的科学和文化并不断探索真知,发展文化,通过培养拥有先进文化的人来实现对社会的促进。只有充分认识高等教育的文化属性和功能发挥的途径,才能更好地发挥其在构建和谐社会中的独特作用。

| Abstract: | Not only is higher education the component of constructing a harmonious society,but also plays an important role in it.Higher education has the function of promoting social and individual development and its ultimate value is to achieve social advancement and human development in an all-round way.Higher education can pass on science and culture,pursue for truth,develop advanced culture and push the society forward by cultivating human beings who grasp advanced culture.Only understanding the cultural attributes of higher education fully,can we give full scope to it in constructing a harmonious society. |
