| 摘 要： | 大学具有科技人才密集和学科综合交叉的优势,适宜于培养高级专门科技人才、创造丰富的基础科学和应用技术研究成果。在建设创新型国家实践中,大学培养造就大批创新创业型高科技人才、创造更多高科技成果,通过加强高科技转移活动,指导帮助企业加快科技成果产业(品)化和市场化发展,尽可能将科技成果由潜在生产力转化为现实生产力,必然有助于加快建设创新型高水平大学。

| Abstract: | Universities possess the advantages of plentiful skilled personnel and comprehensive courses.They are suitable for training qualified scientists and technicians,creating abundant achievements in basic and applied science and technology.During the course of building a creative-type country good at blazing new trails,universities have produced plenty of creative and advanced skilled personnel and brought about more advanced technical achievements.By emphasizing the activities of technical transformation,universities help companies to quicken technical achievements.They also do their best to change the technological achievements from potential productive forces into realistic ones.Thus it will certainly be helpful to realize the developing goals of founding creative and advanced universities. |
