| 摘 要： | 美国质量管理大师朱兰提出的"质量三元论"对我国培养高质量人才具有重要启示。对博士后管理工作而言,在质量计划阶段,要求各职能部门责任明确,对博士后进行严格的目标管理;在质量控制阶段,要对照管理目标进行检查和评估,找出存在的问题和差距,为整改做好准备;在质量改进阶段,重在对存在问题加以改正。

| Abstract: | "Quality Trilogy" put forward by Juran,a great expert in management,which includes quality plan,quality control,and quality improvement,is an inspiration to the production of high-quality talents in China.As for the management of post-doctoral positions,the responsibility of each functional sector should be made clear and strict target control exerted over post-doctors at the stage of quality planning;inspection and evaluation of management objectives should be made to find what is still left to be desired at the stage of quality control;and problems found at the second stage should be solved at the stage of quality improvement. |
