| Abstract: | Cultural potential is determined by the degree of historical accumulation of culture,the amount of educated people and the level of cultural progress.Art and literature progress as a result of conflicts and fusion of different cultural potentials.Development of full potential of culture is of great significance in promoting the nationalism,modernization and flourishing of Chinese art and literature and deciding the position of Chinese art and literature in the development of world culture. |
