通过对郑州市社区服务发展现状进行的调查，发现郑州市的社区服务已取得明显进展，在帮助弱势群体、方便居民生活、解决居民问题等方面发挥了很大的作用，但是，仍存在诸多问题。政府应强化社区服务中心的功能定位；拓展社区服务项目，完善社区服务体系；加强人才建设，组建高素质的服务队伍；建立健全社区服务网络；建设完备的社区服务制度；加强社区服务社会化体系建设。
