| 摘 要： | 动漫产业是21世纪的＂朝阳产业＂。文章运用SWOT方法分析了湖南动漫产业发展的环境。认为湖南动漫产业的优势主要体现在先发、媒体、技术、生产等方面;定位不准、人才匮乏、资金短缺是湖南动漫产业发展的劣势所在;湖南动漫产业的发展机会表现为：政府的扶持、经济的全球化趋势、巨大的市场空间及良好的文化环境等;国外强大的竞争压力和盗版猖獗是湖南动漫产业发展遭遇的主要威胁。在此基础上,从整合优势资源、构筑动漫人才高地、强化知识产权保护、完善动漫产业链条等四个方面提出促进湖南动漫产业发展的建议。
