| 摘 要： | 工业革命带来了工业的快速发展,同时也带来了它的副产品———环境污染,主要是大气环境污染和水环境污染。这使人类在享受物资财富的同时也面临越来越紧迫的生存危机。治理工业污染是政府长期和迫切的任务。政府治理工业污染应采取行政管制、排污收费和课征污染税等对策选择。

| Abstract: | Industrial revolution brings about not only fast industrial development, but also its byproduct of pollution to the environment, which confronts human with more serious environmental problems. A living crisis becomes more evident while humans are enjoying a richer life. Now it is time for government to take measures against industrial pollution, such as administrative regulation, charges on pollution and imposition of taxes on pollution. |
