村民自治‘簿选”利弊谈

村民自治“海选”源于吉林省梨树县，后被国家立法所认可，现已作为选举的模式推向全国广大农村。从“海选”的实践中分析“海选”，看其利弊，利大于弊，利是主流。发展和完善“海选”，既要在实践中坚持下去，也要在实践中除弊兴利。只要在“海选”的实践中坚持发挥党的领导核心的作用和政府的指导和帮助作用，其弊必将得到克服。

Marxism with Chinese Characteristics and Paradigm Change of Socialism

Marxism with Chinese characteristics includes the following two aspects： dealing with problems in the development of Chinese society by the application of standpoints, ideas and methods of Marxism as well as forming the practice vitality of this proposition,and achieving the combination between the Communist ideal of Marxism and Chinese traditional ideal as well as building up spiritual home for Chinese.
