绿色消费是指以科学发展观为指导,实现经济社会可持续发展为目的的消费模式.它不仅是解决能源、资源短缺的有效手段,也是实现海峡西岸经济区和谐发展的有效途径;不仅体现着海峡西岸经济区的内涵与本质,而且还是构建海峡西岸经济区的内在动力.要实现海峡西岸经济区的宏伟目标,必须切实转变消费模式,倡导绿色消费,走绿色发展之路.

Promoting the Construction of the Economic Zone of West Bank of the Taiwan Straits through Green Consumption

Green consumption refers to a consumption mode which regards scientific development view as a guidance and aims at realizing the sustainable development of the economy and society. It is not only an effective means of solving the shortage of energy and resource,but also an efficient way of realizing the harmonious development of the economic zone of West Bank of the Taiwan Straits. The paper discusses Green consumption reflects the intension and essence of the economic zone of west bank of the Taiwan Straits firstly,and then analyses that Green consumption is also the inner motive of constructing the economic zone of west bank of the Taiwan Straits. Finally,in order to realize the grand goal of the economic zone of West Bank of the Taiwan Straits,We must change the consumption mode and advocate green consumption.
