| Abstract: | This paper deals with the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of the Party branches at the basic level of institutions of higher learning at the new stage and some conceptions of how to strengthen the construction of the Party branches from six aspects, such as paying special attention to ideological construction of the Party branches, giving full play to the Party members' vanguard and model role, attending to organizational construction of the Party branches, etc. |
