| 摘 要： | 重庆港是长江上游最大的全国水运主枢纽港口，具有加快发展的优势，在经济社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用。实施沿江开发战略，建设特色产业带；布局临港工业，发展港口经济；建设外贸口岸，发展物流产业；构建沿江城镇体系，发展旅游商贸产业，对建设重庆长江上游经济中心具有重要的战略意义。
