| 摘 要： | 我国基础教育的课程改革已经启动 ,这对教师的培养提出了新要求 ,师范教育要适应时代的要求 ,就必须及时调整思路 ,培养出适应课程改革需要的人才。本文从基础教育课程改革对教育者教育观念的更新、心理素质的提高、知识结构的调整等方面的要求 ,探讨师范教育的努力方向。
