高校学生干部队伍建设的思考与对策

高校学生干部应具备较强的参政议政能力,准确严密简明的表达能力,包含热情、礼貌、主动在内的交际能力,以及较强的组织管理能力、协调能力、应变能力。但目前学生干部队伍中存在的重能力培养不重品行修炼,重工作不重专业学习、重任务不重制度建设、重使用不重培养等问题,影响了上述能力的培养。有必要把思想政治素质的培养放在首位,大胆使用、热心培养、严格管理、健全制度应同时进行。

Producing a Contingent of Capable Student Leaders in Tertiary Colleges: Reflections and Strategies

College student leaders should have the ability to participate in the deliberation and administration of State affairs,expressing capacity,communication competence,organization and management capability,and the ability to deal with incidents.But at present,some problems that remain in the development of capable student leaders are not conducive to the cultivation of the student leaders' ability.In light of these problems,the enhancement of their ideological and political quality must be put in the first place.Besides,in this regard,earnest training,bold utilization,strict management and system improving must go hand in hand.
