| Abstract: | CHENG Shewo spent his lifetime on newspapering,he not only established a Chinese newspaper in the history of the earliest and largest private newspaper groups,and actively participated in the information education and training information professionals.Facing the brutal competition in the current media and the severe employment situation,personnel training is particularly important and we should learn CHENG Shewo's successful experience in personnel training education. |
