长三角地区农业科研投资变化趋势分析——基于微观农业科研机构视角

农业科技进步是决定一个国家和地区农业经济持续增长的决定性因素。农业科研投资是实现农业科技进步的基本条件。本文从微观视角出发，以农业科研机构为研究对象，从总量、结构和强度三个方面具体分析了长三角地区农业科研投资的变化趋势，并与全国平均水平进行了横向比较，结果发现：第一，长三角地区农业科研投资总量和投资强度均明显高于全国平均水平；第二，从长期来看，农业科研投资中的财政补助收入与农业GDP互为Granger因果关系，农业GDP是承担政府科研项目收入和技术性收入的Granger原因。
