主体性与企业权利的来源和配置——一个包含伦理维度的理论构架

主体性在经济组织中包括两个维度:一是经济性的,即对产权尤其是劳动力产权的确证;二是伦理性的,即对正义原则的满足。在企业权利的来源和配置中,对人的主体性的认同源自于对人的生物性和社会性双重属性的肯定,它是公平与效率、经济与伦理的融合。主体性的实现有两个方面的内容:生存发展和尊重参与;其实现方式是:分享剩余索取权、剩余控制权和治理参与。

The Origin and Sisposition of the Subject Nature and the Enterprise Right——The theoretic frame of containing ethical dimension

In the economic structure the subject nature includes two dimensions.One is the economic nature,i.e.the ironclad proof of the property right especially of the labor property right;the other is the ethical nature,i.e.satisfying the justice principle.In the origin and sisposition of the enterprise right,aproving of man's subject nature comes from the affirmation of man's double nature,i.e.biological nature and social nature,it is the fusion of fairness and efficiency,economy and ethics.The realization of subject nature has two contents,i.e.survival development and respecting participation;its realizing mode is: sharing the demanding surplus right,controlling surplus right and participation of management.
