论构建和谐社会与中国农业立法的完善

和谐社会是人、社会、自然相互之间协调统一的社会,人的自身和谐是构建和谐社会的基础。构建和谐社会对农业发展提出了更高要求,我国农业的调整一直以政策为主,具有易变性,不利于农业生产的稳定,为此应走依法治农的道路。目前的农业立法与构建和谐社会的要求有一定的差距,需要作相应的修改、完善。

On the Building of the Harmonious Society and the Amendment of Chinese Agricultural Law

Harmonious society requires a coordination among man,society and nature,and personal harmony is its basis.Agriculture should get an advanced development for building of the harmonious society,but agriculture is mainly regulated by changeable policy in our country,which leads to unstable agriculture production.Therefore,we should replace policy with law.Present agricultural law has some shortcomings and needs to be amended.
