| Abstract: | Newly-built four-year colleges should qrasp the important development period of implementing the 11th Five-year Plan,enrich themselves and develop content,observe the strategy of "being human-centered" and their development on their own features and high quality enrich themselves and finally achieve the strategic goal of developing by leaps and bounds to make great contributions to the development of local economy. |
