| 摘 要： | 循环型农业产业链模式的选择与构建成为当前循环型农业产业发展的重要任务。西部地区应根据自然生态环境特征及自然生产力。因地制宜，发挥自身的资源优势和生态环境优势，选择适宜的循环型农业模式。内蒙古奶业循环产业链发展需加强产业协调，科学实施产业匹配；完善科技服务队伍建设，实施农业富余资源对接。

The western areas in China should take the advantage of resource and entironment of themselves, choose feasible recycling model. Milk industrial chain in Inner Mongolia requires industrial matching and coordiantion, strengthen the clutivation of technological talents, link to agricultural excrescent. |
