| 摘 要： | 文章从制度方面着手，通过对农业产业化的制度创新及其制度内涵的分析，揭示了农业产业化的根源在于原有制度内部力量的积累和新的有利的外部经济机会的产生。文章具体论述了农业产业化的制度内涵，指出了完善农业产业化的制度环境关键在于制定出切实可行的产业政策。
