| 摘 要： | 近年来电子商务的迅速发展,受到了国际社会的普遍关注。但是由于电子商务与既存的其他商务相比具有许多不同的特点,因此,如何规制电子商务就成为人们所共同关心的问题。主要从网络侵权纠纷的司法管辖这个方面进行讨论,并对其中所涉及的问题及各种理论提出一些解决的思路和方案。
