| 摘 要： | 中国股市在探索中发展了 10年 ,成绩和问题并存。从近几年的股市发展统计数据来看 ,中国普遍存在高市盈率和高换手率。文章从两个比率的计算公式入手 ,探讨了形成高比率的原因 ,并对两个比率的破坏作用进行了一定的剖析。

| Abstract: | With the development of Chinese stock market for ten years, we have made a lot of success and problem. From the statistic data about the stock market, we can see that there are high P/E ratio and high exchange ratio in China. The author analyzes from the formulas of two ratios, discusses the reason and the bad effect of the two ratios. |
