高校人力资源管理人员素质的培养策略

摘    要:随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入,高校的人事工作由原来的人事管理开始向人力资源开发管理转变。为适应新形势下高校内部管理体制改革和人事管理制度改革的需要,提高高校人力资源管理人员的素质至关重要,文章着重探讨人力资源管理人员素质培养的策略。

Abstract:The college personnel system reform has been furthered gradually and the college personnel work has changed from personnel administration to human resource development and administration.To improve the quality of human resource administration staff is of great importance in order to meet the need of internal college administration reform and personnel administration reform in the new situation.The paper makes an analysis of the strategy of quality training of human resource administration staff.
