| 摘 要： | 随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入,高校的人事工作由原来的人事管理开始向人力资源开发管理转变。为适应新形势下高校内部管理体制改革和人事管理制度改革的需要,提高高校人力资源管理人员的素质至关重要,文章着重探讨人力资源管理人员素质培养的策略。
