海南省农村幼儿园教师专业素养现状调查与分析

摘    要:本研究采用幼儿园教师教育观念问卷、幼儿园教师职业人格形容词评定量表与幼儿园教师专业能力问卷.对海南省119名农村幼儿园教师进行调查。结果表明农村幼儿园教师专业能力最差,职业人格最好:专业能力中一般专业能力较好,而高级专业能力较差,尤其是环境创设、评价内容与结果应用,专业发展能力不合格比率高;教育观念中最差的是儿童观;职业人格中适应性相对较差;教龄在5年以下的教师各项专业素养均低于5年以上的教师。要提升农村幼儿园教师的专业素养,建议对农村幼儿园教师进行分层培训.扩大幼儿园教师国家级培训计划培训对象的范围,并合理设置其培训计划的内容。

Abstract:A total of 119 rural kindergarten teachers were asked to complete the Educational Concept of Kindergarten Teacher Questionnaire, Vocational Personality of Kindergarten Teacher Scale and Professional Abilities of Kindergarten Teacher Questionnaire. The results for the professional abilities questionnaire were the worst, while those for the vocational personality scale were the best. Senior-level abilities were worse than general abilities, especially in terms of establishing a good teaching environment, evaluation content and results, and professional development. The view on children of rural kindergarten teachers Rural teachers' views on children is the worst. Adaptability was the worst in the vocational personality of the rural kindergarten teachers. Each professional quality of teachers with less than 5 years of experience was worse than teachers with more than 5 years experience.
